Employer: The Cordish Company Project: Howl at the Moon, Dueling Piano Bar The Challenge: Assist the franchise tenant with Grand Opening. -Hired a professional photographer and negotiated for advertising dollars and placed print, radio, social media plus guerrilla marketing with the help of their staff--rational was based on success of 300K traditional IMC of mass media, earlier for the District's opening. OUTCOME: Location beat national sales record for soft and official opening nights (after cut for advertising). I went on assist the tenant with press, creative events (designed media kit, assisted with video marketing and other basic internal communication materials and contract and innovative marketing efforts.
